Join for a family-friendly celebration of eel season, when the local Darug people, the Burramattagal, would gather to feast and share stories.

The festival program includes the opportunity to get up close with eels, and attend talks, tours and tastings. Enjoy musical performances and workshops on food, language, and culture, and discover traditional bush foods. Step inside the colonial homestead and learn more about the connections between John and Elizabeth Macarthur and the local Aboriginal people.

This event is presented in partnership with Muru Mittigar Aboriginal Cultural & Education Centre.
