Stiff Gins combine stunning harmonies, wicked humour and plenty of anecdotes in a joyful evening of spirited storytelling and song. In this special one-night event, Nardi Simpson and Kaleena Briggs share stories from their life, culture and artistic endeavours, including music from their forthcoming album and songs from the remarkable 2016 theatre work, Spirit of Things: Sound of Objects, in which they brought to life some of the most significant Aboriginal objects held in the Australian Museum.

The Stiff Gins invite us into a deeper understanding of Aboriginal culture, while uplifting us with their powerful pop sensibilities and themes exploring spirituality and the cycle of life.

This event coincides with Indigenous Literacy Day. There will be donation tins for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation at the event for anyone wishing to donate.
